We are seeking a driven and experienced Security Sales Specialist with a passion for developing new business in the Enterprise and FSI sectors. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify and engage new clients, delivering tailored security solutions that address their unique challenges.
Working alongside an established infrastructure sales team, you will act as the region’s subject matter expert for all things cybersecurity. You will help customers understand the current risks, trends, and threats, while also collaborating with the wider business to build strategic roadmaps and mitigate technology risks.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FSI market, employing strategic and innovative sales methodologies.
- Solution Selling: Understand and articulate the value of our security offerings, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of FSI clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and security challenges in Tier 1 FSI Segment ANZ.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and market developments to provide expert guidance to clients and inform our strategic approach.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our technical teams and wider business to deliver seamless client experiences and drive project success.
What We Are Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in security sales, with a focus on acquiring and developing new FSI clients.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FSI sector and the specific security needs and regulatory challenges it faces.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and market knowledge.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- Results-Oriented: A driven individual who consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the following technologies: Palo, Google, Proofpoint, F5, Cloudflare & Cisco.
