Logical are working with a leading service provider to help find a Project Manager who specialises in CRM projects.

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the entire lifecycle of CRM projects and roadmaps, from discovery to deployment, ensuring outcomes that redefine how our people serve our customers through enhanced processes, modern technologies and a data informed culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5yrs or relevant experience in Project, Program or Portfolio Management.
  • Familiar with support ticketing systems such as Service NOW and with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. Experience with audit, risk, and compliance processes with attention to IT General Controls.

Demonstrated experience in the following methodologies and technologies including:

  • PRINCE2
  • Agile
  • Scrum
  • Customer Relationship Manager and Marketing
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Web Content Management Systems
  • Sitefinity
  • Sitecore
