Logical are working with a popular Australian brand to help find a Senior Network Engineer with experience in the Retail/Customer Service Sector to provide expertise in Viptela SDWAN, Cisco Routing & Switching and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Melbourne – Hybrid Working
6 month contract – scope to extend

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
• Design and support the network systems and infrastructure
• Configure and operate routers and switches
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

In this role you will own the environment, improve operational excellence, manage incidents, improve change management, work on small/large projects, and improve the network resilience.

To be successful you will need to have good stakeholder management and customer service skills.
